First we determine how much house you can afford. Next get pre-qualified by a reputable lender who has found a loan program that works best with your situation. As your knowledgeable John L. Scott agent, I can refer you to several mortgage representatives and you can select the one you are most comfortable working with.
Location is one of the most important criteria a buyer has when looking for a home. Together we will prioritize what is important to you in your home purchase and then narrow down the area where you would like to live. I will then show you homes that meet your individual criteria.
It is important to work with a knowledgeable Realtor, one who is familiar with your local marketplace and will be able to inform you right away when new homes are listed that meet your wants and needs. I stay up to date with the Snohomish County market at large, as well as individual neighborhoods. Spending time previewing homes, gaining knowledge of specific neighborhoods and community events is one way I stay current on what is happening, so I can then, in turn, share that information with you.
